Admission:Application forms can be had from the institution directly or by post on payment of Rs.200/- for B.P.T. and Rs.300/- for M.P.T. Courses. It can also be downloaded form the website. The downloaded application forms should be sent to the institution along with a demand draft for Rs.200/- and Rs.300/- as Application charges for B.P.T. and M.P.T. courses respectively.

Eligibility:
B.P.T. :-
The student must be 17 years of age by the 31st December of the year of seeking admission. The students who have passed PUC/ PDC/ HSC /10+2 with minimum of 45% marks and 40% for local SC/ST candidates in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology only are eligible for admission

M.P.T. :-
Candidates who have passed B.SC (PT) or B.P.T. from a recognized University with not less than 50% of Marks in aggregate are eligible.

Procedure for Admission:
B.P.T. :-:
The duly filled in application should be sent along with a crossed Demand Draft for Rs.250/- as Registration fees. All demand drafts should be crossed and in favour of 'VIKAS COLLEGE OF PHYSIOTHERAPY' payable at Mangalore.
The following documents should be enclosed with the application form duly attested by a Gazetted Officer or a notary public in case of foreign students.
1. A Photocopy of statement of marks of the qualifying examination.
2. A Photocopy of certificate of date of birth.
3. 2 passport size photographs.

M.P.T. :-:
The duly filled in application form should be sent along with a Demand Draft for Rs.400/- as Registration fees.
The following documents should be enclosed with the application form duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
1. Photo copy of B.P.T. or B.SC(PT) Provisional/Degree certificate issued by the respective university.
2. Marks cards of all the university Examination Passed.
3. 2 Passport size and 2 Stamp size photographs.

FOR NRI candidates, the following should be enclosed in addition to the above documents..
1. A Transcript copy of the qualifying exam.
2. A Copy of their Pass port.
3. Syllabus studied.
4. Students Visa
